Policies for Courses & Retreats


Goods Delivery & Payment

  • UK charges for P&P are calculated by the weight and size of your order. All Orders up to 20 Kg weight will be sent second class by the Royal Mail Parcels Signed for service.

  • International postage flat rate upto 2kg, for queries on heavier orders please contact us.

  • International customers may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

  • Payment via Paypal. If you have any queries, please contact us.

Goods Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

  • Please read carefully. For the Bee Oracle Deck – when you purchase this deck there are no refunds available unless your deck is faulty.

  • For Blessed Bee sprays, oils and herbs – for any reason you are not satisfied with your item that you purchased from us, buyers must contact us within 7 days of receipt to state that they will be returning an item and for whatever reason. Buyers then have a further 7 days to return the item to us to qualify for a refund or a replacement.

  • If the products you are returning have a seal, they must be returned unused without the seals being broken or removed.

  • All postage charges will be paid for by the customer, and also the returns postage will be your responsibility. Please note all returns must be sent back to us by Royal Mail (Recorded Signed For) at Customers Expense.

Retreat Cancellations Policy If you Cancel

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable to future events.

  • The remaining balance of your payments, if you cancel at least 90 days in advance of the in-person event, we may be able to apply your payments to a future retreat within this calendar year or the next (but only if the current course fills).

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for in-person events.

  • Emergency Cancellation: If something unforeseen suddenly happens very close to the event such as illness or injury and you would like to transfer to a future event, please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss.

Retreat Cancellations Policy If We Cancel

  • If we (Angie & Rod Twydall and the Sanctuary of Sophia team) choose to cancel an in-person event, we will refund your payment, or apply it to a future course or retreat with us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a course with at least 14 days notice, although it would be extremely rare that we would do so. 

  • In the event that we cancel a course, we are not responsible for any other costs that you have incurred (other than course fees paid to us directly or accommodation/ lodging fees paid through us), such as, but not limited to, Additional Accommodation, transportation and meals, so please plan accordingly.

  • Travel insurance and transportation are your responsibility. If you are booking flights, accommodation or other services in advance it is advisable that you obtain appropriate tickets or reservations that can be altered and refunded in the event of a cancellation. We advise you seek appropriate insurance cover.

  • If a retreat center cancels our reservations that we have made in good faith, or for any other reasons their facility becomes unsuitable, or the retreat becomes impossible for reasons beyond our control (including but not limited to political situations, forces of nature, etc), we will find an alternate venue on dates that are as close as possible to the original retreat or apply your payments to a future retreat, but we will not be able to refund your payments.

  • By making your deposit or any payments for this retreat, you automatically acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellations policy.

Online and In person Training Courses


  • All applications forms and interviews are carried out by Angie Twydall. Refunds for online courses are not made due to the content being shared and prepared beforehand. No refunds on online courses.

  • For in person trainings the full copy of the terms and conditions are sent out with the application form. These can be discussed at interview if needed.
